Spa party room rental
$30 an hour
Use our space for your party. Set up tables and chairs while your guests take turns with spa services in the treatment room, or use the room any way you like for a group gathering.
Private yoga class for your group
$85 to $100 · one hour, groups of 6 to 8
Yoga in a personalized and private setting, relaxing for your mind and renewing for your body. Smaller group? Tell us how many and we will price it for you.
One on one yoga instruction
$70 · 60 minutes
For learning yoga from the start, or deepening your understanding of the poses to bring your practice to the next level.
Date Night: Couple's Comfort Massage
$125 · 75 minutes
One partner is on the table while the other relaxes in the room and visits. Each person gets a 30 minute massage, with time to talk with your therapist and to relax together.
Date Night: Couple's Comfort Massage, Deluxe
$225 · 120 minutes
The same evening with more of it. Each person gets a 45 minute massage with cupping or hot stones.
Couples detox foot baths
$70 · 30 minutes
Side by side in the relaxation room. The room seats up to five, so bring the group.
Date nights: You may bring your own adult beverage. Ask us about a catered dinner.

Tranquil Essence Retreat
$175 a person
A day of unplugging and reconnecting at The Retreat. Slow flow yoga, tea time with treats, a guest speaker, then six 30 minute experiences including massage, the red light infrared sauna, a detox foot bath and yoga with Alexis.
Self Care Summer Retreat
$300 a person
Gentle yoga, brunch, build your own self care journal, energy work, mini massages, detox foot baths and restorative yoga. A small retreat with just six spots.
