What infrared sauna is
Heat that goes in, not just around you
A traditional sauna heats the air. Infrared heats you directly, at a lower air temperature, so a 30 minute session is comfortable rather than punishing. Ours pairs red light with infrared heat and a healing Hz mat.
It is part of how we reduce stress, relieve pain and support healthy living from the inside out. Most members use it the way other people use a morning coffee: a habit, on their own schedule.
